New house

So Marc and I headed up to NC last week to check out the area and to look at houses. We saw some beautiful homes, but this was our favorite. It was the oldest one we looked at built in 2006. It was the most spacious by far and just had a cozy, homey, country feel. It has a lot of special touches that make it really nice. Some of my favorite things are that the girls room is big with a beautiful bay window with a built in window seat with storage underneath, the upstairs bonus room, which we'll use for a playroom is HUGE, with a 3rd full bathroom and a door to one of the biggest storage spaces I've ever seen in a house. The property sits on 3 lots so needless to say the yard is HUGE as well. (You can't really tell by the pic but once we move in I'll post more pics). The only negative to the ginormous yard will be the time it'll take Marc to mow it- with a riding mower of course. The development is beautiful with maybe 30 houses. From what we hear it is mostly made up of active duty and retired military. It's off a baron country road. The closest grocery store is 5 miles away, Ella's school is about 3 miles away. We are very excited, it'll be a big change considering anything and everything we need is just outside our development now but I'm sure we'll adjust :) Ella's last day of school will be next Tuesday and we move out of our house on the Dec. 10th. We'll bum around Papa & Grandma's and Jamie & Nick's until after Christmas then it's off to NC!
