Our Chef

I mentioned before about Marc's Culinary Institute of America Pro Chef Certification, the other day in the mail he received a certification from the American Culinary Federation. Apparently, it's a pretty big deal I can't remember all the things he told me about it, I guess I'll have to get him on here to explain. We're very proud of him. Who would of thought 2 years ago when he was working Public Health (and hating it) at Bolling AFB that he'd be doing what he's doing now. Although I know he's a little nervous about retiring from the AF (4 more yrs-woo hoo!) he definitely is going to have a lot of options. Between his recruiting experience, public health/medical background and now all the culinary training there should be many open doors!
